About the role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Secretarial Officer to join our Melbourne Business Advisory Division. In this role, you will oversee corporate secretarial compliance matters, including ASIC-related responsibilities, and provide support to both clients and internal staff as the ASIC Registered Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Process ASIC Annual Company Statements and statutory forms
- Prepare documentation for company and trust establishment, and company changes
- Lodge ASIC forms electronically and manually
- Conduct company and title searches
- Liaise professionally with ASIC and stakeholders
- Maintain client databases
- Provide PA and administrative support as required
About you:
You're a highly organised and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. With a strong understanding of corporate compliance and a proactive mindset, you take pride in delivering accurate and timely work. You enjoy collaborating with others and are confident in liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience & attributes:
- Minimum 12 months' experience in corporate secretarial compliance
- Proficiency in BGL CAS360 software
- Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
Education requirements:
Certificate in Business Administration
