Reporting to the People Systems & Reporting Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide functional support and administration of people systems, maintaining data accuracy and delivering continuous improvements and process management of all People systems
  • Support the delivery of our People and Performance Metrics Dashboard and provide regular support to people reporting
  • Provide administrative and technical support for key stakeholders, such as systems support, ad hoc report requests, and process and procedure support
  • Support the delivery of system changes and projects - project end to end, including user testing, training, and implementation, acting as the super user and administrator for all people systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to coordinate system change activities that deliver outcomes for our customers; and
  • Provide support to the wider People, Performance & Culture team during peak periods.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Previous experience in Administration role would be an advantage but not essential
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computing skills, proficiency in MS including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is mandatory
  • Exposure to and having a working knowledge of People systems (Engagement Platforms, Learning Management Systems and HRIS) would be an advantage but not essential
  • The ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast paced, volume-oriented role to meet conflicting deadlines; and
  • It’s also important that you are a strong team player with an appetite for learning and a love for delivering results.
