This role operates on a hybrid model – split your time between working from home and in our Wollongong office

Meet billing and statement deadline
- s Ensure billing details are accurate and changes are processed in time for the billing ru
- n Timely set up of new residents and movement
- s General accounts receivable processin
- g Debtor reconciliations and collection
- s Banking and cash receiptin
- g Process direct credits receive
- d Respond to resident and client billing querie
- s Liaising with customers regarding their payments and statements Complete relevant documentation in an accurate and timely manne
- r Other duties as required by the Senior Revenue Officer not inconsistent with the role

- e The skills required to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadline
