The Role
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and self-driven Office Manager to join our Brisbane office on a full-time basis. This is a key position within our firm that will support day-to-day operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment for partners and staff.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager, ideally within the professional services industry and previous experience in administrative roles. You will have excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills, and be able to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently. You will have proven ability to work independently, solve problems with minimal input from leadership, and proactively address issues.

The Role

- Lead and manage the Administration team;
- Oversee budgets and spending for areas such as stationery, catering orders and stock, petty cash and cab charges;
- Manage requests for assistance from partners and staff and effective completion by the Administration team;
- Event management and manage firm initiatives as required;
- Run inductions for new starters and facilitate office moves;
- Oversee ISO27001 audits and ensure compliance;
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in day-to-day operations; and
- General administrative duties as required by the firm.
