Epiroc is searching for a proactive and self-motivated Product Specialist Coordinator - Surface Drills to join our expanding Product Support team. This role involves coordinating the support and development of a range of rock drilling equipment, including the SmartROC, PowerROC, and FlexiROC series drill rigs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commissioning of new equipment and ensure effective after-sales technical support.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance the skills of both customers and internal personnel.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive technical documentation and reports.
- Act as a key point of contact between Epiroc and customers, addressing technical issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Frequent travel within Australia, including customer sites and occasional short-notice trips.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards and a collaborative approach.
- An Australian-recognised trade certificate is required.
- Experience in a Technical Support or Drill Fitter role, with expert-level knowledge of Epiroc products and troubleshooting skills.
- Previous experience delivering technical and product training.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to prepare detailed and accurate documentation.
- Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to varying schedules.
