About the Role:

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for operational excellence, safety, and supply chain innovation? GroundProbe is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Manufacturing Centre to lead our GPTG Manufacturing Centre in Windsor, Queensland and drive performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation.

As the Manager – Manufacturing Centre, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations. You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless production, supply chain efficiency, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Championing a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with OH&S policies;
• Developing and executing the Manufacturing Centre’s strategic vision aligned with business goals;
• Leading and mentoring a team including Operations Specialists, Engineers, Planners, and Procurement;
• Driving production performance to meet customer and market demands;
• Managing budgets, production costs, and risk mitigation strategies;
• Collaborating with regional and global teams to optimise supply chain and inventory management; and
• Representing the Manufacturing Centre with regulatory bodies and external stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

• Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Project Management or Business Analysis is essential;
• Proven experience in managing and leading a manufacturing, supply chain, or procurement team;
• Experience with Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and supply chain software;
• Strategic thinking and operational leadership;
• Strong communication and stakeholder management;
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset; and
• Proficiency in project and supply chain management tools.
