About The Role

We're seeking a Call Auditor to support our Health & General Insurance (GI) Call Centres by ensuring high standards of call quality, compliance, and consultant performance. In this role, you’ll audit calls, provide actionable feedback, support training efforts, and manage sales commission and payroll accuracy while working closely with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

  • Conduct regular audits of recorded calls to assess adherence to quality and compliance standards.
  • Deliver constructive feedback and support coaching initiatives for consultants.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports and dashboards for key stakeholders.
  • Ensure call centre activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with training teams to align audit findings with learning solutions.
  • Support process improvements and the development of best practices.
  • Manage accurate sales commission calculations and ensure timely payroll data submission.


About You

  • Proven experience in quality assurance or auditing within a call centre environment.
  • Strong knowledge of call monitoring systems and quality frameworks.
  • Familiarity with sales commission structures and payroll processes.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coach and influence.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools and data visualisation platforms.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills.
