Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction (D&C)
CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager (D&C), with a proven track record of delivering commercial construction projects in the $50-150m range within Australia.
The client are a national tier 2, specialising in delivering high profile commercial, health & infrastructure projects across WA, up to $200m.
About The Role
You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of high-value, design & construct commercial projects. These are complex, multi-stakeholder builds where your ability to manage design development, stakeholder expectations and onsite execution will be critical.
You will also play a mentoring role across some of the other Project Managers, as the business further bolsters it's capability across design & construct projects, as opposed to construct only.

Key Responsibilities
- Full project leadership from ECI through to handover
- Manage all aspects of design coordination, cost control, program, and site performance
- Lead project teams including CA, PM, SM, and design resources
- Drive strong client and consultant relationships
- Identify and mitigate project risk early in the process
- Maintain compliance, safety and quality across delivery
- Minimum 10+ years in commercial construction, with recent experience at Senior PM level, or an experienced PM ready to step up.
- Proven track record delivering D&C projects $50M+ (ideally up to $150M)
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and financial reporting
- Experience with Tier 1/Tier 2 commercial builders
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or related field (preferred)
