Our client is a global technology leader supporting secure infrastructure delivery for government and enterprise clients. The team is focused on automation, systems reliability, and scalable architecture. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact scripting and deployment initiatives in a secure environment.
About the role:
We are seeking a Red Hat-certified Ansible Consultant to support full-time scripting and rollout activities for a major client. The consultant will work on-site in Canberra and contribute to automation efforts across IBM Power Systems environments. This is a hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Ansible playbook development and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work full-time under client direction (220 days/year, 8 hours/day).
- Develop and test Ansible scripts to meet client automation requirements.
- Support rollout and implementation of automation solutions.
- Ensure scripting aligns with enterprise standards and security protocols.
Required Experience:
Mandatory Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience in Ansible playbook scripting, testing, and implementation.
- Red Hat certification.
- Current NV1 Security Clearance.
- Based in ACT, Canberra.
Preferred Skills:
- Over 5 years of experience working on IBM Power Systems.
What’s on offer?
