What You'll Be Doing

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements
Supporting business development initiatives by assisting with contract negotiations and other opportunities
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks and ensure the company operates in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

2+ years of post-qualification experience in a commercial law firm or in-house legal team
Extensive expertise in a broad range of commercial legal practice areas, including contract law, corporate advisory, and regulatory compliance
Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused legal advice
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
