You'll be working closely with divisional managers to streamline people operations and ensure alignment with organisational values and strategic growth plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance and offboarding processes across all divisions
- Partner with senior leaders to provide HR advice and cultural insight
- Develop and implement HR policies and compliance frameworks
- Champion a positive, Christ-centred workplace culture
- Provide staff training and lead annual performance reviews
- Support employee relations matters with professionalism and care
- Ensure WHS and child safety policies are maintained to a high standard
To Succeed In This Role, You Will Need
- Proven HR leadership experience (school or education environment desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategy, policies and procedures
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
- A proactive, servant-hearted leadership style
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion
- A strong Christian ethos is essential—candidates must be active in their faith, regularly attend and participate in church, and demonstrate spiritual maturity.
- Willingness to complete a faith-based screening questionnaire
- Eligible to hold a working with children 'Blue Card'
