- Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing effective solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through responsive and professional support.
- Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing efforts by delivering high-quality customer service.
- Contribute to initiatives aimed at continuously improving service delivery.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer support.
