About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive identity-related initiatives from end to end. You’ll be managing multiple cyber projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes while keeping things moving in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description
The primary focus and responsibilities of this role are:
- Perform the project planning, project coordination and execution of cyber security projects as per direction from the General Manager – Cyber & Risk, including technology implementations, process improvements, compliance initiatives, and risk remediation.
- Ensure project objectives are aligned with organisational cyber and identity strategy, risk appetite, and compliance frameworks such as ISO27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
- Manage project teams, schedules, and vendors to achieve milestones, resolve issues, and deliver expected outcomes.
- Provide regular status reporting, escalate risks and issues appropriately, and maintain stakeholder alignment throughout project lifecycles.
- Promote project management best practices and contribute to the uplift of cybersecurity delivery capability across the organisation, through alignment with the EPMO
Role Responsibilities
- Deliver identity access security initiatives such as Identity & Access Management, Identity Governance & Administration, Privileged Access Management uplift, and how they integrate into incident response systems and other co-related cybersecurity projects.
- Work closely with Cyber, IT, and Business stakeholders to define project scopes, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all aspects of project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation for delivery of project activities.
About You
- Preferred minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or relevant business systems discipline(s).
- Ideally relevant Industry Certificates in the domain of experience(s).
- Minimum of 5 years experience within IT and IT Security projects.
- Strong project management and oversight, commerciality with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion
- Prefered experience with an identity project and implementation of identity platform(s), especially in the Okta or Microsoft technology stack(s).
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills coupled with a professional approach.
- Strong communicator with proven skills for cross-functional collaboration and influencing skills for tailoring messages for various audiences.
