Project Manager

We currently have an opportunity for a Technical Project Manager. Join our Health and Education team and play a key role in delivering lifecycle, construction modifications and minor works projects that support high-quality facility outcomes. Reporting to Facilities Manager you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.


What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Plan, deliver, and commission technical projects within defined timelines and budgets.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and cost estimates for lifecycle and minor works.
• Provide expert advice on maintenance and service delivery.
• Coordinate contractors and internal teams to ensure compliance and quality.
• Monitor project progress and implement risk mitigation strategies.

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management)
• Proven experience in facilities or building services project delivery
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and maintenance practices
• Proficiency in asset management and scheduling systems
• Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative with excellent stakeholder engagement skills
