• Afternoon Shift ($105K Rem package - includes penalties + Super) & Night Shift ($128K Rem package - includes penalties + Super)
  
  

Tip Top Chullora is currently seeking applications for 2x Maintenance Fitters to join the team. As an integral member of the Maintenance team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair and improvement of equipment to ensure optimal plant performance, managing planned repairs and unplanned breakdowns effectively while maintaining best practice and safety standards.

Available Shifts

• Afternoon Shift (11:00am - 9:30pm).
• Night Shift (5:30pm-5:30am).
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A trade qualified Fitter's certificate with proven experience preferably in an FMCG or similar industry
• Multiple years of experience working in FMCG/food/bakery environment is desirable
• A safety mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and others
• Multiple years of experience as a Maintenance Fitter and in mechanical fault finding, repair, maintain, rebuild and overhauls, and preferably in the food manufacturing
• Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems, conveyors, packaging machines, labelling and or tagging machines, gear motors and ovens
• Working knowledge of CMMS (MEX preferred)
• Ability to diagnose equipment issues and identify problems at root cause
• The ability to build relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
• Your forklift license, working at heights and confined space tickets would be highly regarded
