This is an opportunity to join a newly establised team to deliver improved Contact outcomes from suppliers critical to the Bank's objectives. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to uplift the contract management practices and outcomes for the Bank.


Key objectives for the role

  • Partner with IT system owners to manage contracts and undertake contract administration activities
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support development of procurement approvals
  • Support uplift of contract management practice across IT to improve governance and reduce risk
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to continuously review and improve Contract Management plans including updating data to reflect new transaction, renewals and variations
  • Collaborate with Technology Asset Management team to ensure asset records are captured to inform asset reporting to support data driven decisions


About You


You will have:

  • Contract Management experience, preferably in IT
  • Experience and knowledge in procuring IT products and services
  • Experience in procurement (Commonwealth or State government highly desirable)
  • Understanding of Asset management lifecycle (ITIL, ITAM, CSAM)
  • Understanding of supplier software licensing terms and conditions
  • Effective stakeholder management
