About You
You’re someone who thrives on helping others reach their full potential. With a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehab Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work and registration with AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC, or AASW.
The Role
As an Assistant Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, client centered services of your allocated team whilst ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Physios, and EPs
- Foster a collaborative, communicative, and positive team culture
- Provide expert support through quality assurance and strategic reviews
- Support the Area Manager with team growth targets and annual business planning
- Manage team performance and ensure financial, customer, and quality KPIs are met
- Balance clinical expertise with operational delivery to maintain high service standards
- Build and nurture strong internal team relationships and external client partnerships
