Sales Executive

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our VIC field sales team in our newly created Sales Executive role. Based in our Docklands office 3 days a week with the flexibility of working 2 days at home - you'll be supporting the New Business team identifying opportunities, executing state campaigns as well as delivering hyper care and support to our newly onboarded customers.

As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through opportunity-led initiatives, strategic account engagement, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will help deliver sales targets and drive efficiencies through data-driven decision making and execution excellence.

Responsibilities

• Build pipelines of opportunity for new business teams to execute and convert
  
• Create, execute and lead sales campaigns to uncover and capture new business
  
• Execute state-based activities and programs as required
  
• Drive fridge utilisation and return on investment as needed
  
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders

About You

• Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
  
• Tech-savvy with competent skills on multiple tech platforms and programs inc. Excell.
  
• Able to build trust and influence key stakeholders effectively
  
• Collaborative team player with a disciplined approach to planning and prioritisation
  
• Previous experience in sales or customer engagement roles preferred
