Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Qualys Cloud Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Qualys cloud build, deployment, configuration, and vulnerability management. This role is critical in ensuring the security and integrity of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Design, build, and deploy Qualys cloud solutions to meet the security needs of the organization.
  • Configure and manage Qualys cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Implement and maintain Qualys vulnerability management processes to identify, assess, and mitigate security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Qualys solutions into the overall security architecture.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts and incidents, providing timely and effective responses.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Qualys configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide training and support to team members on Qualys tools and best practices.


  • Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience with Qualys cloud build, deployment, and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Qualys vulnerability management and security best practices.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Qualys Certified Specialist) are a plus.
