Pacific Talent Partners is proud to partner with a global technology leader in the enterprise communications space to appoint a Senior Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth business at the forefront of secure mobile messaging and customer engagement solutions, supporting some of the region’s most prominent enterprise and government clients.

The Role

This commercially critical position is focused on expanding market share through new client acquisition and strategic account development across large enterprise and government sectors. The successful candidate will lead complex sales engagements, offering intelligent omnichannel messaging solutions that drive digital transformation outcomes across industries such as financial services, healthcare, logistics, education, and government.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the acquisition of new enterprise and government clients, while deepening relationships within existing accounts
  • Develop and execute go-to-market plans targeting high-value verticals and key accounts across Australia
  • Engage in consultative, solution-led selling to scope customer needs and align technology offerings accordingly
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including pre-sales, product, customer success, and operations, to deliver client-centric outcomes
  • Navigate complex procurement cycles and lead the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Contribute to pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, networking, events, and digital tools, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Maintain CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy as part of the broader sales reporting cadence
  • Stay abreast of telco, AI, and enterprise communications trends to position cutting-edge solutions
  • Ensure seamless transition to customer success teams post-sale to support onboarding and delivery excellence
