Sessional Pain Medicine Specialist
Permanent part-time position 10 hours per fortnight
About the role
The Sessional Pain Medicine Specialist will undertake clinical pain medicine services to patients of Grampians Health.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
Provide specialist pain medicine services- . Manage the full range of pain medicine clinical services including consultative and interventional procedures
- . Participate in clinical research projects
- . Contribute to the Grampians Health becoming an accredited site for pain medicine training
- . Undertake the supervision of Anaesthetic registrars, Pain Medicine registrars, HMOs & Nursing staff
- . Participating in the ongoing review of their Clinical Practic

Skills and experience
You will have:
Fellowship of ANZCA or equivalent and being registered as a specialist with the Medical Board of Australia- . A medical degree registered with AHPRA
- . Experience in pain medicine service provision in a regional environment
- . Experience in clinical pain medicine in the acute hospital setting and outpatient services including telehealth
- . Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with people at all level
