About the Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you’ll play a vital role in the timely and accurate processing of AAT Kings’ invoices, maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring our accounts payable function operates seamlessly. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, your efforts will support our mission to deliver world-class travel experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Process supplier and overhead invoices with accuracy and efficiency
- Manage payment runs including BPAY and EFT, and reconcile supplier statements
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoicing issues
- Support audits by maintaining organised records and providing documentation
- Identify and escalate system issues in Tropics and TMS to the relevant support teams
- You may also be required to support with accounts receivable tasks during peak periods.
What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Accounts Payable role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
- Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems is desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail, time management and communication skills
- Adaptable and collaborative with a strong service orientation
