YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
This is your foot in the door to one of the top creative agencies in the country. The Account Executive is an entry level role, working closely with the Senior Account Manager and Group Account Director, and their clients. They help to coordinate the execution of projects and provide general support to the broader account management team.

They maintain daily/weekly status updates, organise team meetings, make sure everyone has the notes and knows what they're suppose to do. They manage aspects of creative development and production projects in collaboration with their Senior Account Manager and Group Account Director. The Account Executive also learns to work with a variety of stakeholders whilst fostering their knowledge of their client's business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Day to day support across the team including shadowing the senior team members to assist with the delivery of campaigns and projects.
- Assisting with the day-to-day finance of the account; estimates, business forecasting and invoicing clients.
- Scheduling client meetings; inclusive of coordinating invite lists, meeting room assignment and catering requirements. Prior front of house/hosting experience a benefit.
- Scheduling internal meetings and assisting project managers with getting the right people in the room on time.
- Assistance in flagging and booking resource requirements with agency resourcing.
- Writing and circulating meeting agendas, contact reports and updating WIP documents.
- Working with the Account Management Team to cross-reference creative output and make sure works are on brand and on brief.
- Creating and managing campaign reports which document campaign creative and results.
- Creating and managing monthly competitive reports.
- Knowledge of client birthdays and special occasions to be acknowledged / celebrated.
- Assistance with client entertainment requirements.
- Opportunity to run smaller campaigns of your own (with team support and guidance).
REQUIRED SKILLS/ CAPABILITIES
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
- Strong communication skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Problem solving ability
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills. Keynote skills desirable
- Passion for marketing and advertising
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in an agency or marketing environment is desirable but not essential
KPIs - MEASUREMENTS OF SUCCESS
- Meeting project deadlines and delivering work on time
- Maintaining a high level of accuracy in financial management, including accurate invoicing and forecasting
- Contributing to client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and support
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate project documentation, such as meeting agendas, contact reports, and WIP documents
- Demonstrating an understanding of the client's business and industry, and proactively seeking opportunities to add value to their account
- Successfully managing smaller campaigns with team support and guidance
- Continuously improving skills and knowledge through training and developing opportunities
