Job Description
The Role
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and proactive Handyperson/Carpenter to join our team, servicing areas from North Brisbane to the Gold Coast. This role involves a variety of tasks, including general maintenance and repairs across our client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Travel via company supplied vehicle to various locations across the designated service area.
Perform general preventative maintenance and service works.
Repair and maintain doors, walls, tiling, painting, patching, and more.
Provide targeted site technical support.
Document work completed by taking photos and recording detailed notes on a company-provided iPad.
Liaise with all stakeholders to professionally investigate and rectify site issues.
Conduct regularly scheduled site visits and site inspections.
Key Requirements
Proven experience as a General Maintenance allrounder
Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, following directions.
A positive and proactive attitude.
Construction White Card.
Valid Driver's License.
Skills And Experience
Certificate III in Carpentry (not required but advantageous).
Experience working in residential/commercial maintenance environments.
Ability to carry out patching/painting, tiling, replacing/repairing locks, door repairs, and other general maintenance-related tasks.
Various administrative tasks, including uploading delivery and completion details for all jobs, managing safety related documentation and swms and performing all tasks essential for the ongoing and day-to-day delivery of services.
