Are you looking to grow your career in client services and stakeholder management? We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Relationship Assistant to join our collaborative team in either Brisbane or Perth .
In this role, you will support our Client Relationship Managers in delivering exceptional service to clients across our core business areas – Employee Share Plans, Share Registry, and Investor Relations . You'll have the opportunity to work across a broad portfolio, develop client-facing skills, and gain exposure to a variety of projects and business functions.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure client deliverables are met on time and to a high standard
- Assist with project planning and execution, including AGMs, mailings, and reporting
- Build effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Maintain quality control and assist in identifying and mitigating operational risks
- Prepare regular client reporting and support invoicing activities
- Support process improvements, including the use of automation and global delivery teams
- Contribute to a strong team culture and a high standard of service delivery
What we’re looking for
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Attention to detail, particularly with numbers and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Previous experience in a client-facing or corporate services role (advantageous)
- Degree in a finance, business, or related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
This role may require flexibility in working hours and occasional travel during peak periods such as AGMs.
