Rates: Starting at $93.48/hr + Super + GST (rate increases after 6 months)


About the Role:

Join a values-led, dynamic team committed to high-quality, human rights–based behaviour support. As a Proficient Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work autonomously with strong clinical support, flexible hours, and meaningful opportunities to grow.


Responsibilities:

  • Deliver behaviour support services aligned with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards
  • Maintain and grow your caseload through sector relationships and ethical engagement
  • Develop high-quality interim and comprehensive behaviour support plans
  • Liaise with participants, families, SCs, and care teams
  • Participate in clinical supervision and peer development
  • Contribute to Liberty’s commitment to reducing restrictive practices and advancing inclusion


Qualifications

  • Relevant degree (Psychology, Social Work, Education, OT or related)
  • Proven experience in Positive Behaviour Support under the NDIS
  • Strong understanding of restrictive practices and PBS capability framework
  • Active PRODA registration and NDIS Worker Screening
  • ABN, car, laptop, phone, and insurances
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to team development
