We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a high-impact transformation program within a leading financial services organisation. This role is ideal for a BA who thrives in both strategic planning and solution design, with experience translating complex business needs into practical outcomes.
You’ll be joining a program currently in its planning phase, with delivery scheduled over the next 18–24 months. The initiative will focus on product enhancement, vendor integration, regulatory alignment, and customer communications uplift. The BA will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, shape requirements, and support execution readiness.
Our ideal candidate will have experience in a large financial services organisation, particularly in regulatory, compliance, and remediation projects. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the elicitation and documentation of business requirements and target state processes
  • Collaborate with architecture and technical teams to shape data flow and system integration solutions
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across multiple business units and vendors
  • Support strategic decision-making with clear analysis and structured documentation
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in financial services or insurance
  • Exposure to regulatory frameworks or compliance-driven projects
  • Familiarity with vendor transitions or product redesigns (desirable)
  • Confidence mapping current/future state data flows
  • Exposure to working within a large program of work that intersects compliance, regulatory, technology and behaviour change.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence SLT.
