Epiroc Australia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented External Repairs Coordinator based in Perth. In this role, you'll take ownership of coordinating all external component repairs flowing through our Perth Service center. This includes managing customer-owned cores, S/X cores, and ensuring meticulous control over repair processes, including deadlines, approvals, and warranty tracking.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Upholding the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ).
- Adhering to Epiroc and customer policies and procedures.
- Establishing clear communication channels with external vendors supporting Perth Service.
- Conducting regular meetings with external parties to track progress and resolve issues.
- Prioritizing tasks with vendors to streamline communication and feedback.
- Continuously reviewing and improving component overhaul processes.
- Identifying opportunities to optimise workflows and minimise manual intervention.
- Developing clear processes for Perth service operations regarding information flow, deadlines, priorities, and delivery details.
- Implementing tracking systems for external cores and managing Purchase Orders' issuance and compliance.
- Maintaining comprehensive records and documentation for all externally repaired components.
- Experience in planning, supervising, and managing warranties in an OEM environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in scheduling and resource planning
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
- The ability to collaborate effectively, inclusively, and autonomously when necessary.
