- Meet Daily Operational Targets: Monitor productivity, resolve process issues, and allocate resources effectively.
- Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify and escalate opportunities to enhance operations.
- Lead a Diverse Team: Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability across shifts.

- Previous experience supervising teams in a food or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with safety systems and compliance frameworks.

- Skilled in building and maintaining internal working relationships.
- Basic understanding of SQF, HACCP, and GMP principles.
