Full Time | $80,000 – $100,000 + Super

A leading, employee-owned organisation in the Australian seafood sector is seeking a hands-on Production Controller / Team Leader to join its processing operations in a metro-based facility. Known for its commitment to sustainability and premium-quality food products, the business supports both local producers and international markets.

About the Role In this frontline leadership role, you will oversee daily production activities across a range of high-quality seafood products—from raw to cooked formats—ensuring all operations are safe, efficient, and compliant with food quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold Food Quality Standards: Oversee compliance with HACCP, SQF, and other critical control processes.
• Meet Daily Operational Targets: Monitor productivity, resolve process issues, and allocate resources effectively.

• Lead a Diverse Team: Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability across shifts.
