Lead with Impact: Onboarding & Mobilisation Team Leader

WFH 3 days, in office 2 days

At the heart of every great company is a team that feels supported, valued, and set up for success from day one. As Onboarding & Mobilisation Team Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a seamless and positive experience for employees and contractors moving into their new roles.

Based in Perth and part of our national People and Culture team, this senior role will ensure high-quality service, extensive internal stakeholder collaboration, and decision-making leading to greater efficiencies across our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage: Guide a team of onboarding and mobilisation professionals across multiple locations
  • Support Operations: Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team in creating a streamlined, efficient approach to onboarding
  • Analysis and reporting: Informed decision making based on data and analytics in the management of pre-employment documentation collection, verification, and compliance tracking, process efficiencies, and technology implementation
  • Process Management: Drive continuous improvement & change management initiatives that enhance the candidate and stakeholder experience,
  • Risk Management: Working in a volume space where legislative compliance is key, you will ensure data integrity and process efficiency through our processes, HR systems & Contracts

Qualifications

  • Certificate level qualifications in Business, Administration, HR, or commensurate experience (desirable)

Experience

  • Strong leadership and team management experience within a similar environment
  • Proven experience in driving improvement across mobilization and onboarding
  • In-depth understanding of employment legislation
  • Reporting on KPIs related to onboarding timelines, efficiency, and candidate experience
  • A working knowledge of employment contracts, terms, entitlements and procedures
