About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Registered Nurse Lead - Roving to join our progressive team. This role will suit someone who’s ready to step into a leadership position that combines hands-on clinical care, staff training, and strategic impact.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the skills and confidence of our support workforce by delivering expert training aligned to NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA). You’ll also directly support clients with complex needs through clinical assessments and interventions.

About The Opportunity
We’re looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Registered Nurse Lead - Roving to join our progressive team. This role will suit someone who’s ready to step into a leadership position that combines hands-on clinical care, staff training, and strategic impact.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the skills and confidence of our support workforce by delivering expert training aligned to NDIS Practice Standards and High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA). You’ll also directly support clients with complex needs through clinical assessments and interventions.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver and assess high quality competency-based trainings and education to support workers and nursing staff.
- Provide direct clinical care (approx. 11.5 billable hours/week), including wound care, catheter changes, diabetes support, PEG care, tracheostomy care, and more.
- Design, implement and monitor complex care plans for participants with high-risk needs.
- Support mobilisation of a 900+ workforce through internal training delivery and reduced waitlist times.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with AHPRA, NDIS, and organisational quality and governance standards.

Essential
About You
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated experience in clinical education, ideally in a disability, community or complex care setting
- Experience delivering and assessing training aligned to NDIS HIDPA skills descriptors
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent
- Experience with ventilated clients, managing complex airways, complex diabetes management, Enteral Feed management, Ostomy care etc
- Sound knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
- Proven skills in adult education, clinical supervision, and evidence-based care
- Competence in managing documentation, incident reporting, and NDIS audit preparation
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills
- Ability to undertake Intra/interstate travel as required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based LMS or compliance systems
- NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC and unrestricted Australian working rights
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel across metro and regional SA
- Post-graduate qualifications in education, community health, or disability
- Previous experience in NDIS service provision, including SIL/ILO models
