About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and driven Learning and Talent Partner to join our dynamic Talent and Capability Team. Reporting to the Learning & Talent Development Manager, you’ll partner with leaders to develop and deliver impactful learning and talent development initiatives that directly support business outcomes and future capability needs.

What’s Involved

  • Analyse, coordinate, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives across assigned regions, while supporting initiatives at a national level
  • Partner with Regional and Commercial Managers, and People & Culture teams to assess needs, develop targeted strategies, and build capability across the business
  • Lead the design and implementation of bespoke and curated learning solutions as required, leveraging digital platforms, and innovative learning methodologies
  • Coach and develop leaders, using a variety of techniques and assessment tools to drive performance, build capability and foster a culture of continuous learning and development


Who We’re Looking For – Ideally You Will Have

  • Strong relationship-building, influencing and collaboration skills—you’re confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from shop floor to senior leadership, and can become a trusted partner
  • Strong facilitation skills and experience—both face-to-face and virtually
  • Needs analysis skills in the context of learning and talent development
  • A customer focus and ability to understand the business context
  • Self-awareness, emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
  • Ability to analyse feedback, business data and performance insights to inform learning and development priorities and strategies
  • An understanding of our culture and leadership frameworks (Bunnings experience highly regarded)
  • An appetite for occasional travel


You’ll Need (preferred)

  • Cert IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent experience)
  • Accreditation in development tools such as 360° assessments, Emotional Intelligence or other behaviour-based assessment tools
  • Organisational coaching experience
  • Experience with learning platforms and digital tools (e.g., MS Suite, Learning Management Systems)
  • Great planning, prioritisation and time management skills—you’re able to juggle competing priorities, deliver on time and balance responsiveness with strategic work
  • Comfort in working autonomously in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
