This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time, Fixed Term Part Time appointment with the possibility of extension and/or permanency.
Position Profile: In this pivotal role, you will coordinate essential governance, safety, and quality improvement activities, developing and implementing integrated systems and processes across the service. You will collaborate extensively with stakeholders throughout CACH and the broader Child and Adolescent Health Service (CAHS) to ensure our internal systems align with the health service governance framework and meet accreditation requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of key functions, including the development and review of integrated governance systems and operational policies to ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards. This position plays a crucial role in providing advice and training to staff, managing risks, supporting accreditation activities, and facilitating projects and changes that improve our governance and quality performance.
About Child & Adolescent Community Health (CACH): Community Health provides health and developmental assessments, early intervention and health promotion services for children and young people.
These services are provided in the community across the Perth metropolitan area at community health centres, in schools, home visits and through telehealth appointments. Services focus on child health, growth and development, behaviour, immunisation and supporting families.
