Ready to jump onto a fast-moving train?

It's the type of project where you'll love working in a fast-paced environment. You'll be guiding racking systems, mechanical and electrical, and services.

Think data centre, you'll run your own data hall with repeat subcontractors on a $200m project in the inner western suburbs of Melbourne.

You probably think this job is for the usual players in the space, but it's not.

You won't just be a number. There's camaraderie amongst the project teams, and the director and senior management are on the job daily.

The DC space is about to explode in Melbourne, and you'll be part of that. Working in a growing sector, elevating your portfolio with an up-and-coming business that's shaking up and getting amongst the big players.

Supervisors rotate every second Saturday and typically take the RDOs. Occasionally, you are required to work RDOs due to on-site work or training. The top of the range for this salary is up to a $215k package.

One wellbeing day per quarter and one day off for your birthday month.

There's scope for development after this project finishes. Many projects are in the pipeline, and if you have the appetite to develop into a Site Manager, that's on the table.

This isn't a role where you'll be trained; you're already a Supervisor or Site Manager. You've worked on the bigger projects, know how to handle fast-moving projects, and are ready for your next challenge.

Due to the nature of the client, a police check will be conducted for successful candidates.
