Join Veolia ANZ's dynamic Data Management Office in a pivotal role that will shape how we understand and enhance our customer experience (CX). As our CX Data & Reporting Analyst, you'll initially focus on transforming our customer experience data into actionable insights, before expanding your impact across other business units.

- Presenting insights to CX leadership team and recommending enhancement strategies
- Managing your own project pipeline within the CX space and beyond
- Collaborating with CX stakeholders to understand and meet their reporting needs
- Tertiary qualification in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
- Experience with data visualisation tools and reporting is essential (Tableau specific experience is beneficial but not essential)
- Understanding of customer experience metrics and KPIs (advantageous)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
