About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team to service client police station offices and areas.
Classification: Level 1
Rate: $42.65 per hour (Saturday rates) and $55.58 per hour (Sunday rates), plus other allowances as applicable
Hours: Saturdays and Sundays 7:00am to 9:00am. Public holidays are worked at public holiday rates. Additional fill in shifts may be available from time to time.
Location: In and around Port Pirie

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrors
- Waste, rubbish, recycling removal
- Vacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edges
- Dust areas within cleaning scope
- Replace and replenish provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin liners
- Spot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly items
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as needed
- Have the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, and have willingness to apply for SAPOL clearance or other compliance checks such as working with children check
- Have a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of work
- Previous commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageous
- Ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectively
- High level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanliness
- Have an acceptable level of physical and mental fitness
