About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated & knowledgeable Marketing Manager to take the lead on strategic campaigns that elevate two of Australia’s most iconic workwear brands—Hard Yakka and KingGee. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and PR initiatives across both B2B and B2C channels, with a focus on driving brand visibility and deepening customer & consumer engagement.

From concept through to delivery, you’ll manage all aspects of campaign execution, while building strong media and stakeholder relationships to enhance WWG’s presence in the market. Trade marketing will be a key part of your remit, ensuring our brands are front and centre where it matters most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the end-to-end development and execution of marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Align campaign strategies with brand objectives to drive awareness, engagement, and ROI.
  • Plan and execute media and public relations activities that enhance brand reputation.
  • Manage relationships with media, creative, key business stakeholders, and external customer partners to support communications goals.
  • Oversee trade (B2B) and consumer (B2C) marketing initiatives including events, launches, incentives and activations
  • Drive engagement through tailored strategies for key trade partners, customers, and consumers.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use insights to optimise ongoing and future activity
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication touchpoints.
  • Lead and motivate a team of marketers and contribute to an overall collaborative team culture that supports marketing innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For

You will be passionate about brand & marketing communications with a commercial mindset for growth; possessing strong communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Along with your business acumen, you will have:

  • Ideally 8+ years’ experience in Marketing (2+ years in a similar marketing role)
  • Marketing degree qualified (or equivalent) with a background in Marketing communications - apparel or footwear experience an advantage
  • Full understanding of end-to-end marketing concepts, execution & measurement
  • A Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
  • Previous experience managing agencies (Media/Creative) and supplier stakeholders
  • Friendly & approachable with strong focus on customer service (internal & external)
  • Self-motivated & solutions-focused with the ability to manage own time and priorities to achieve goals
  • Highly collaborative individual that excels at relationship building
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing at all levels
  • Strong eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
