About The Role

As Sales Manager – Industrial and Emergency Services, you’ll lead customer strategy and account planning tailored to the needs of critical industries. Your focus will be on identifying growth opportunities, building resilient client relationships, and maximising value from both new and existing accounts. With a strong understanding of high-stakes service environments, you’ll guide a high-performing team, drive strategic sales initiatives, and consistently deliver against ambitious targets—ensuring that WWG remains a trusted partner where reliability and performance matter most.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and execute customer, channel, and servicing strategies aligned with WWG’s broader objectives.
  • Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and expense control to meet performance targets.
  • Drive strategic account planning including identifying growth opportunities and risk mitigation.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs, resource allocation, and governance frameworks for effective account management.
  • Identify and pursue new business development opportunities through proactive lead generation and bid/tender management.
  • Lead the sales process across regions, building strong relationships and negotiating contract terms.
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to maximise revenue across the customer portfolio.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to both customers and internal teams.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing sales team, including training, L&D, and performance oversight.
  • Continuously optimise sales processes and team governance to drive operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years in similar role
  • Extensive and successful experience in sales management or major accounts management
  • Business to Business or Business to Government selling and servicing.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, coaching and performance managing a team
