About the Role:

The CRM Specialist role purpose is to enhance customer relationships through the execution of a compelling and on-brand Sheet Society customer experience that drives business growth.


Working closely with the Senior CRM Manager, the CRM Specialist is responsible for the planning and owning the delivery of the CRM Strategy, with the goal of maximising customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention - across all Sheet Society regions (currently Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada, United Kingdom and International).


The CRM Specialist leads the day-to-day planning of the customer channels, informed by data and customer insights, with the goal of maximising performance and revenue.


About the Team:

The CRM Specialist reports to the Senior CRM Manager within the broader Marketing Department. 



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end to end development of customer campaigns and journeys including briefing of creative, data build and delivery and results across all channels.
  • Build and optimise automated lifecycle journeys - including but not limited to welcome, post-purchase, and loyalty.
  • Help identify opportunities to deepen engagement, retention, and loyalty across channels, platforms and campaigns. 
  • Analyse and interpret data on campaign and flow performance - identifying opportunities to optimise and scale. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise CRM programs and journey automations, focusing on personalisation.


Due to the nature of the role it is reasonably accepted that work is required to be undertaken after ordinary business hours. This will be managed on a case by case basis with the manager. 


It's the nature of Sheet Society to grow and evolve, and as such your role may evolve too. Additional responsibilities or duties may be included within the scope of this role at any time to meet the needs of the business. 


About You:

  • You have a minimum of 2- 3 years experience in a CRM, Lifecycle or Loyalty role.
  • Familiar with marketing automation tools and are willing to learn and adapt to new technology
  • You have incredible attention to detail, particularly when dealing with customer data 
  • You have a good understanding of how to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • You’re a natural collaborator, with demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
  • You’re a proactive self-starter who can execute tasks efficiently, contribute big ideas, and help drive them through to delivery.
