This company is a market leader in the automotive and mobility sector, with established and developing businesses across accident replacement vehicles, accident management and subscription car ownership. The business holds a customer first mindset, with a focus on innovation and their people.
Role Purpose
The People and Culture Coordinator is a highly valued role in the People & Culture team. Mentored by the People and Culture Manager, you will provide high level administrative and HR advisor support through the entire employee lifecycle across this growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- People Operations - Manage changes, draft variation letters, communicate with all parties including payroll
- Prepare contract variations; extensions, parental leave arrangements, cashing out of annual leave etc
- Prepare payroll administration sheet
- Coordinate onboarding, induction and offboarding
- Support the annual performance and salary review processes
- Be involved in L&D, employee benefits, health and wellbeing initiatives, etc
- Provide administrative support; staff briefings, training including, room set up, catering, booking venues, sending invites, etc
- Recruitment & Selection - Assist the Talent Acquisition Partner with all aspects of the recruitment process, Prepare employment contracts and new employee packs
- Data management, metrics and reporting - Ensure data and information is accurately entered and maintained
- Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Qualifications and Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years in a similar role with a large company.
