The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor to join the Chobani People and Culture team. In this critical role, you’ll champion a proactive safety culture, ensuring best-practice systems are in place and that our teams feel supported, especially when returning to work after injury.

You’ll work hands-on across departments to embed and continuously improve our health and safety practices. You’ll take ownership of injury management—including WorkCover claims, return-to-work coordination, and early intervention strategies. With the autonomy to reshape and lead a robust injury management program, this is your chance to really own your space.

This role also offers the opportunity to contribute to key projects, including Chobani’s journey toward ISO45001 accreditation, as well as other bespoke safety initiatives.

Skills & Experience

Ideally to be successful in the role you will have:

• Previous experience in Health and Safety roles within a manufacturing FMCG environment
• In-depth expertise in Injury Management, early intervention and Risk Management
• A knack for driving change, building relationships and coaching and influencing Operations teams
• Passion for delivering practical and engaging safety solutions and leading capability sessions
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety
