Join this award-winning global branding and packaging design agency in this dynamic and exciting role working collaboratively with global teams and key stakeholders and suppliers on the production and delivery phase of key projects.

Specialising in strategic branding and packaging solutions for high profile FMCG brands across a number of categories including food, alcohol, health, retail and lifestyle brands, you will be instrumental in planning, executing and delivering the production phase of projects to tight timelines.

In this key role, you will be managing your own projects as well as providing key oversight and direction to junior project coordinators both locally and overseas. This will involve trafficking projects, overseeing workflow, resourcing for briefs, day to day liaison with key suppliers and coordination of key assets including photography, samples, artwork and approvals, briefing in production copy and design files for the pre-production, final sign off and the delivery phase of projects.

Ideally you will bring 4+ years of experience in a similar in-house or agency environment and are familiar with print processes, packaging and production.

Highly organised, you are a confident communicator who thrives in dynamic environments. You have meticulous attention to detail and are methodical when coordinating projects, assets, quality checking artwork and proofs.
