HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

A Chloe Sales Advisor is an ambassador of the Maison, who actively welcomes every guest into the Chloe family. As a Sales Advisor, your role is to act as a trusted advisor and a reliable team player that thrives to provide the most seamless client experience whilst delivering sales productivity.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with Chloé clients through personalised service and proactive communication.
    • Utilise CRM tools and strategies to identify, engage, and retain high-potential clients, driving sales and achieving targets.
    • Proactively manage client appointments and follow up on inquiries to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Omnichannel Business Partnership:
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, demonstrating expert knowledge of Chloé products and services across all channels.
    • Drive sales by mastering omnichannel tools and providing seamless customer experiences.
    • Actively participate in training and commercial activities, supporting the team in achieving boutique and individual goals.
  • Operational Excellence:
    • Maintain a luxurious and inviting store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines.
    • Ensure efficient after-sales processes, proactively addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.
    • Support the management team in daily operations, including inventory management, loss prevention, and compliance with Richemont policies.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

  • An experienced Sales Advisor / Stylist with a proven track record in luxury retail.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A results-oriented individual with a passion for exceeding targets.
  • Deep understanding of CRM strategies and clienteling techniques.
  • An individual committed to providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships.
  • Strong operational skills and attention to detail.
