We are currently seeking experienced Insulated Panel Installers to join a growing team working on large-scale projects in Western Sydney. This is a long-term opportunity offering great pay, consistent hours, and support for candidates relocating from New Zealand.

Job Title: Insulated Panel Installer
Location: Western Sydney, Australia
Pay Rate: $40 AUD per hour
Hours: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Start Date: First intake begins July 9th, with ongoing monthly intakes

About the Role

We are currently seeking experienced Insulated Panel Installers to join a growing team working on large-scale projects in Western Sydney. This is a long-term opportunity offering great pay, consistent hours, and support for candidates relocating from New Zealand.

What We Offer

  • $40 AUD per hour (Full-time, Mon–Fri, 38 hrs/week)

  • Start dates from July 9th, with ongoing monthly intakes

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation of insulated panels, including ceilings and walls

  • Working on large-scale construction sites, often in cold storage environments

  • Following safety procedures and maintaining site standards

  • Collaborating with site teams and supervisors to meet project deadlines

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in panel installation, preferably on large sites

  • Experience in cold storage construction is highly desirable

  • Must be based in Australia or New Zealand and hold:

    • Australian work rights or

    • A New Zealand passport

Certifications (Required or Willing to Obtain):

  • White Card (Construction Induction Card)

  • EWP (Elevated Work Platform) ticket

  • Working at Heights certificate

  • Forklift licence – Bonus but not essential
