The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Advisor, Communications to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality, strategic, and operational communications. This role is instrumental in crafting compelling communication materials-including corporate publications, website content and social media, while contributing to a consistent and engaging internal narrative. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about translating complex information into accessible messaging that supports our purpose, performance, and values.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of key communication channels and materials, ensuring alignment with our corporate brand and Employee Value Proposition. You will manage the production of key corporate publications, build our social media presence on LinkedIn, and support internal communications by developing staff engagement campaigns and through the development of engaging content. You'll also drive cross-functional communication projects, coordinating timelines and deliverables to ensure integrated and impactful execution. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with colleagues across Corporate Affairs and business units to deliver initiatives that enhance our reputation and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you'll contribute to continuous improvement by sharing insights and supporting knowledge-sharing across the team.

About You

You are a strategic thinker with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, and bring demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality communication strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels. Your writing and storytelling skills are exceptional, and you have a knack for making complex topics clear and engaging. You're adept at managing multiple priorities, have a strong understanding of brand and visual identity principles, and are proactive in problem-solving. You bring emotional intelligence to your relationships, take pride in your work, and communicate persuasively to build trust and influence outcomes.
