Business Consultant - Property and Rating (Transitions)

We're expanding! TechnologyOne is looking for skilled professionals with experience using our Property and Rating Compliance module to join our Property and Rating Transitions team. If you're passionate about creating solutions that make a real difference in local government and community operations, this role could be your perfect fit!

TechnologyOne's Property & Rating product is an integrated solution that helps local governments manage properties, valuations, rates, and revenue with ease. It streamlines complex processes, ensures compliance, and enhances service delivery through automation and real-time data. By integrating seamlessly with other TechnologyOne products, it reduces administrative overhead and improves accuracy, providing a connected, enterprise-wide experience for councils.

The Property and Rating Transitions team are product experts and deliver compelling customer experiences by successfully transitioning our new and existing customers to the TechnologyOne CiAnywhere software for P&R

Your Talents…

• TechnologyOne Experience: Direct experience with the Property and Rating Compliance or Revenue module is essential for this role.
• Process Expertise: A proven track record of analyzing and optimizing business processes.
• Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
• Communication Skills: Confidence in presenting and articulating process changes and benefits to a diverse audience.
• Relevant Backgrounds: Ideal for those with experience as Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Process Analysts, Pre-Sales Consultants, Product Trainers, or any role that is exposed to the TechOne P&R product.
  
  

What you'll be doing…

• Working side by side with our customers to smoothly transition customers from Ci to CiAnywhere for Property & Rating.
• Learning and applying our game-changing tailored implementation methodologies.
• Establish and maintain engagement with all customers and internal stakeholders as require.
• Engage with the Enablement team to provide any feedback that may assist with the continual evolution of our offering, processes, systems and tools.
• Complete customer program deliverables on time, within project scope and per the negotiated contract/program particulars.
• Basically, you are the face of TechnologyOne to our customers during programs of work, and you will own all the excitement, pressure, and achievement of taking them live!
