About this opportunity:

The ICT Support Analyst serves as the interface between ICT Services and the ICC Sydney team for ICT support and service requests, along with supporting our clients, exhibitors, and guests in the delivery of ICT Services. This role works as part of a team, ensuring the venue’s systems operate as required for the successful delivery of events, along with department projects, reporting, and process improvement.

A key part of this role is being the first contact person for all ICT enquires so a good base knowledge of ICT as a jack of all trades is essential. You will also be required to interact daily with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external to ICC Sydney.

To be successful in this role you must have strong attention to detail, the ability to interact with various stakeholders including external clients, the ability to make decisions on the go, and enjoy working as a team.

This role is Full Time entry-level and is a path into a career in ICT as you will be exposed to multiple disciplines within the ICT Services team, including network, server, support, and projects.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working in a professional customer service environment.
  • 6 months of experience providing IT support desirable.
  • Microsoft Desktop, Server, or Networking Certifications will be highly regarded.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ICT including networking and troubleshooting.
  • Can do attitude and a teamwork centric work ethic.
  • Ability to work to a rotating roster over 7 days.
