Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our care team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care that supports clients to maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care including showering, toileting, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with light domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Support clients with medication reminders and general health monitoring
- Escort clients to appointments, shopping, and community activities as required
- Report changes in client condition to care coordinators or registered nurses
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold privacy and confidentiality standards
- Follow care plans and ensure safe manual handling practices at all times

Qualifications
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent (required)
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
- Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable, insured vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team
- A genuine passion for caring and helping others
Preferred Skills
Desirable Criteria
- Previous experience in aged care, disability support, or home and community care
- Understanding of person-centred care principles
- Manual Handling training
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
