Key Skills And Experience Required
- Expertise in both manual and automated testing for .NET Core and React solutions
- Solid background testing data layers (SQL Server, Cosmos DB) and Azure services (Data Fabric/OneLake, BLOB storage)
- Proficient in crafting and maintaining automated test suites within CI/CD pipelines (Agile/Scrum)
- Strong capability in test design, execution, defect management, and release validation
- Excellent stakeholder communication, liaising effectively with development, operations, and product teams
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for frequent releases
- Execute end-to-end testing – regression, performance, smoke, and compatibility across browsers/devices
- Log, track, and communicate defects; work with engineering teams to drive timely resolutions
- Embed test automation into continuous integration and delivery workflows; report on coverage and quality metrics
- Keep test documentation up to date and proactively refine testing methodologies
