ForHealth is seeking a dynamic and strategic National Leasing Manager to lead leasing operations across our national portfolio of over 100 medical and dental centres. This is a high-impact role will involve a balance of strategic thinking and operational oversight, offering the opportunity to shape leasing outcomes that directly support our mission to deliver accessible, quality healthcare.


About the Role

As the National Leasing Manager, you’ll lead all BAU leasing operations across our extensive portfolio of medical and dental centres, securing favourable negotiations and optimising occupancy outcomes. Your expertise and strong influencing skills with key stakeholders will ensure delivery of commercial success through smart lease management, financial oversight, and relationship building—all while supporting ForHealth’s mission to make healthcare more accessible across Australia.


Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Head of Property and M&A, the National Leasing Manager role will be accountable for the following key activities:
  • Lead business-as-usual leasing activity across head leases and subleases.
  • Negotiate favourable lease terms to reduce costs and maximise sublease income.
  • Manage lease administration, compliance, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to support acquisitions and lease integrations.
  • Drive budgeting and cost-saving initiatives, including vacancy optimisation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, subtenants, agents and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure WHS compliance and proactive hazard and incident reporting.


What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in commercial or healthcare real estate leasing.
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex lease structures and manage large portfolios.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Deep understanding of lease documentation, compliance, and property systems.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in property, business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven leader with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a track record of driving performance across diverse business functions.
